"I am VERY late in writing this review, but as I was in the Angies List site I thought I'd put this review in. I can't say enough good things about Vaillancourt Roofing. I had a leak in my roof, winter was coming on and no other roofer would call me back. As an act of humanity Adam and Dave drove down from NH to look at my roof even though they don't do repairs in my area - Carlisle, MA ( I understand they could possibly do roof replacement in my area). They came when they said they would and they found the leak quickly. The leak was from my chimney. They aren't mason's necessarily, but they put a temporary fix to the chimney, so I could rest easy until the next Spring when I could address it. They didn't charge me and were done in about an hour. I wish my roof itself needed replacement, if it did I'd all them in an instant. Just wanted to put in this review as I owe it to these great folks."

"the reason i got a metal roof if because i am an old lady and had been going up on the porch roof to shovel it. i figured that with a metal roof that the snow would slide off the roof as they advertise, well it doesn't slide off the back porch so i have to shovel it. scary"

"JPCarroll did a fabulous job on replacing my complicated, decrepit Victorian roof, completing it in a timely way and against adversity – they did the whole thing in the month of January in freezing temperatures and sometimes snow and ice. I interviewed five other roofers. However, their sales person took more time and provided far more specificity than any of the other others. Their bid was not the cheapest but turned out to be the best value by far. They went the extra mile to resolve many unforeseen problems, and the quality of work was high. Everyone I dealt with, owners, staff, and laborers, were courteous and responsive throughout. The job supervisor, Kevin, was thoughtful and included me on numerous decisions. Luke Carroll, production coordinator for the job, was always available to help, as was everyone else, even on weekends. After a second meeting with Greg, and the process to choose CC, an offer was made. Working with Ty for my onsite contact and Alexis just a phone call away, any onsite questions were taken care of in minutes. Any hurdle was jumped over with ease. People in the neighborhood stop to ask questions about my choosing a metal roof… a no brainer for me. I was a bit skeptical about hiring a company for this job as we have always done the work ourselves. This company kept their words about the project. i will also have this company install new gutters on the rear of the house with covers. The winter of 2023 will be a new first. No more shoveling the roof, no more ice dams. The installers for my metal roof, the best SJP Construction INC. The contracted crew of people I had working on my project were well in tuned. They were hard workers, putting in long hours with ease, no tempers. They worked extremely well together. They were on site at 7:30am to prep and started the project at 8am.
