"We ordered a window from them the end of April. The beginning of June they came to put the window in. They had ordered the wrong size. The said that they would rush order it and we would have it in a month. After waiting a month and not hearing from them, we called to find out when the window would be put in and they said that they would check and get back with us. After many more calls we were told that the window wouldn't be in until July 23rd. We requested a refund and after many more calls were told that they don't give refunds. The window was finally installed on August 2nd over a week after they received it. We will never do business with them again.!"

"Enlisted PEI services after a devastating hail storm. They were always responsive to phone calls and questions. They had time for and listened to the customer. PEI special contracted vendors (garage door, gutters) were professional and did quality work as did the PEI team. Would highly recommend PEI for any outside job but specifically for roofing and siding. They were a team you could trust to follow through with what they said. "

"They called me, due to being able to be early, for my estimate asking if okay to arrive early! Once they arrived, they listened to me and my concerns! They did a thorough inspection and explained what they were seeing. Once they determined the issue, he proposed a quick fix that saved me from having to reroof my entire home. The issue was a staple and a nail had worked loose in 2 locations causing the leaks. I am happy to not have to replace roof right now, but will be hiring Harold's Roofing when I do!! Their honesty and politeness was awesome."
