Even the slight delays were communicated to us not leaving us in the dark. All of this and more made us very confident we chose the right company to make our renovation dream a reality. Our master bath was totally redesigned expanding the room and relocating the plumbing to allow for installation of a beautifully fully tiled walk in shower, a linen closet, and a beautiful new vanity. The floors were tiled and walls and ceiling painted matching beautifully due to the design and color expertise of Katie. "It went very well. After a bit of a wait, I received a very comprehensive report of 88 specific items as well as bacteria, fungi and particles. Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."

"We had water back-up in our basement and didn't know if it was sewage or just water back-up, since we had recently had lots of flooding in our area. The technician explained that since our house had sat empty for 2 years, all the sludge in the pipes settled at the bottom, and needed to be cleared out. We shouldn't have this problem again. He explained what the problem was, and what he was going to do in order to fix it. And then - we forgot our checkbook, and only had $117 in cash on us - and our total was $145.00. He was just going to accept the $117 and be done with it, but we insisted that we'd pay the next day.
