Doug's keen attention to detail brought some additional property problems to light and each time Doug presented detail information often with photos on the problem with his recommendations on how to proceed. Some of those problems were due to previous shoddy workmanship, each time he present with a proposed solution, he let us decide whether to proceed with his recommendation as part of the project or wait to include it with a future project. Some required additional time and cost but many of the repairs were done, were done at no additional cost. that was very unexpected and deeply appreciated.
