"The experience of having a roof installation can be stressful. However, the entire team at Jersey Roofing made the entire process easy and calm. From the sales team to the installation, and customer service, everyone was helpful and responsive. The installation crew and foremen were knowledgeable and kept the team on schedule working into darkness. Clean up was amazing. No debris was left overnight or the next day. Nails were vacuumed, even attic spaces were vacuumed. I can not say enough about Minn!!!! When customer service is no longer valued, she exemplifies what it means to put the customer first. She answered all my questions (no matter how trivial) with respect and kindness. She was extremely responsive dispatching a team (prior to the installation) when I had a ice damming leak She kept us inform throughout the installation process. "I called High Tech and Gary came to give an estimate. Unlike other companies which use drone and satellite images, he sent one of his crew up the roof and measure by hand. But the square feet they got are all close. Gary explained the roof replacement work in detail which was educational. His price is also quite good, so I hired the company. Six weeks later they finally found the time do it. The color was communicated on the first day of work. It took them two and half days to finish. The crew has 4 or 5 workers. They don't talk much but they are respectful. They put tarp to protect the plants surrounding the house. It was noisy and messy when they worked on the roof, which is not a surprise. But when they left, they clean up the job site pretty well, so there was no problem. The new roof looks very nice and neat. Overall, it was a straightforward process. They don't try to sell you anything fancy, just what you need."

The initial contact with Michael Sheehan was very pleasant as well as informative. He helped us choose the best roof to meet our requirements and provided us with a written proposal outlining the work to be performed, warranty features, and total cost. We chose Acorn to do our job based on the following factors: we judged their proposal to be our best value considering cost, quality and warranty; Acorn has credentials as both a GAF Master Elite contractor and an Owens Corning Preferred contractor; they could schedule us before the onset of hurricane season; they have received numerous positive online reviews; and Michael was responsive and easy to work with. Whenever we called Acorn’s office, Mary was there to pick up the phone. Mary is pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. Any questions or requests that we had were addressed promptly and effectively. The crew worked very diligently and efficiently, completing the job within the projected two-day timeframe. Ron, the head crew chief overseeing the work, was present the entire time. The cleanup was quite well done, and both the dumpster and residual material were removed in less than one hour after the crew had finished. We have only had the new roof for less than one month, but it evidently seems to be performing as expected. It certainly looks very nice and has elicited several compliments. "From initial review for estimate, Adam was superb in educating me and answering all of my questions. More importantly, treated me with utmost respect as a woman engaging this project. I was sold on Universal being a certified CertainTeed product installer. It is a superior product than what is sold in general big box stores such as Home Depot. Day of 2 layers of old shingles removal, inspector Abe showed me the sins of others. The base wood was circa 1938, and needed to go. Not unexpected however they worked with me to arrange a loan to support the extra work estimate. As well my chimney was sadly in need of professional pointing beyond the shoddy patch jobs done by prior owners. I was assigned a project manager Ben, that kept all the work moving at pace as outlined. The workers were all responsible and respectful of me and my plants and property. To sum up, they made my house happy again and me as well! Certainly added to my appraisal value! Love the professional and pride in end work product. Support veteran business!
