After meeting and talking with Tom I ruled out having the cabinets painted and started seriously looking into having them refaced. I searched Angie's list for three companies that refaced cabinets and setup interviews with all three. Tom from Custom Pull Outs was by far the most knowledgeable and professional. "If you want your in-ground basketball hoop installation to be done correctly, Brad is your guy! He is very knowledgeable about a myriad of basketball hoop brands due to his level of experience. I wanted to surprise my boys & replace their old hoop that looked like it was from The Walking Dead. LOL! He was very patient with my MANY questions. After a ton of research, I decided to go with the Ironclad which can handle dunking & also has an adjustable height. Brad & his crew came out on time & began the removal of the existing hoop after explaining the process. They dug a deep hole and poured lots of cement to make sure that the new hoop wouldn't wobble. The end result was simply mind-blowing! My boys were amazed & even a few neighbors asked for his business card. They were very professional & left nothing behind. I'm so glad that I decided not to go with a local retailer's third-party installer. I definitely will be doing business with Tri-State Assembly in the future."

"From the start Service Team of Professionals were wonderful and very responsive. We received a number of quotes and although theirs wasn't the lowest there were a lot of things the others weren't saying they would do or were planning to add on "after they started" which made up the difference in price. Phil and his team were wonderful. They came to our home on a weekday evening to explain everything since I work full time. They were very responsive in scheduling the work around my schedule and keeping me updated. I am very pleased with the result and quality and longevity of the job and work done. I would hire them again in a second and if we ever have an emergency flood or mold issue I know they would come out right away to help us."
