"Our new home had various concerns as mentioned to us by our inspector. The biggest of which related to the foundation and the cracked clay soil that our home sat on (most homes north of Hilo are on such soil near the coast). Sun Construction Inc were the most professional of the companies we talked to. The foreman, Jeremiah, is well spoken and usually easy to get a hold of. We were lucky enough to get serviced right away and that was a surprised as Hilo service is very much hit or miss. <br /> The workers: Kahea, Nate, and JP were pleasant to have at the house. Kahea was excellent at providing suggestions when we decided to add on a few more repairs on the fly. One such thing involved some interior design where we tore out some walls. Everything went smoothly. <br /> The only issue we ever had was waiting for an electrician to wrap things up for us -- he seemed to be always busy and impossible to get a hold of. If not for that issue, the whole process would have been A+ all around. I highly recommend these guys and would like to do business again in the future. <br />"
