"Responding to an ad, I  first visited the showroom on Dewey Ave to see what a refinished tub area looked like and then asked for an in home quote. The quote process was very professional.. The owner quoted exactly what I requested but also made other suggestions, several of which I accepted, once I understood the wide scope of  options available.
