He installed a new screen door, replaced my tub stem and faucet, repaired my subfloor in the kitchen and installed brand new LVP flooring to replace old and water damaged flooring. He also mounted a television for me, and did some drywall repairs as well. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for quality and dependable work!"

"My wife and I highly recommend Northeast Ohio Renovations! The results exceeded our expectations. They removed old aluminum siding and installed new vinyl siding, 3 pairs of shutters, 2 mantles, 3 entry doors, gutters, and downspouts. We received several estimates and chose Northeast Ohio Renovations based on their price and reputation. We signed a contract in July 2017. They began working on the siding in April 2018, which was a long wait, but the reason being that they only have one crew and many clients. Their work speaks for itself and it was worth the wait. The crew was wonderful! They were considerate, tidy, helpful, and asked questions when in doubt. They went above and beyond. Dan even offered to mount my new wireless doorbells. Even though it was totally unrelated to their work, he still came back later to caulk the gap and fix the leak. We are very happy with the job and are still getting compliments 3 months later!
