"I am an 80 year old veteran and the Handy Veteran Kevin asked if I would write a review. I was very pleased with all work done by Kevin and Teko. They installed new garage door, new steps from garage to first level, replaced stainless steal sink and faucet, and doorknobs throughout. Also, stopped all the floor squeaks because my house is over 50 years old. Kevin also repaired rod iron rail at the bottom of my exterior steps. Teko removed paneling and painted one bathroom and installed new stool and second bathroom with new stool and replaced all door handles. I was very pleased with all work done. Kevin and Teko were very easy to work with and I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"They replaced the paneling between the floor and wall very quickly a bought the part for it. They fixed my closet doors very quickly. They initially quoted me a higher price for the closet door repair of $450. They countered down to $350 and ultimately negotiated down to $180."

"Professional work. He called confirmed, arrived on time. The repair was awesome and reasonably priced"

What exactly should I say about myself?

"The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. The contractor communicated with me on his status and arrived on time. He cleaned up the area after he was finished and hauled away the debris. He asked me if anything was left undone and repaired the areas that were missed. He had a good attitude and was pleasant to talk to. The cost was reasonable. I would use Gain Construction again."

"Included repairing several sheets of plywood and reconfiguring venting."

"They did a very good job, were quick and clean. I would definitely hire them again."

"Honest work. Makes sure the repairs are done right. Would hire again."

"Went well, they fixed broken lines in the concrete floor, took out all the cabinets in the kitchen, tore up old flooring and carpets, replaced cabinets, laid Pergo throughout the house, and recut and hung all doors and trim to fit... Painted all, and hooked everthing back up!... Would highly recommend Bob and his crew!  Plus they're pleasant to work with... (That always helps)
