I’m so glad I went with rau and sons. They not only replaced my porch with a safer and more appealing porch but all in all the work that was done is a1. My family and I were treated wonderfully during the job and they even stayed late in the beginning to make sure we had safe access into our home for our child and dogs. "The Evolution of Contractors were quick to respond to my request for a quote to replace the railings, treads, and porch area of my dad's front landing, which at that point had rotted out railings and failing treads. They did not try to upsell me and gave a clear quote for both wood and composite materials. There was zero pressure.Communication was always clear, friendly, and timely. We went with the composite option. The work was completed in one full day. They were polite, efficient, and cleaned up everything after themselves. I had the opportunity to review the work with them after and got clear care instructions. After the work was completely paid for, I noticed a small irregularity that was purely aesthetic in nature. I texted asking for suggestions to address it myself, and was immediately told they would come by the next week to correct the issue. I would happily work with them again!"
