"Went as planned"

"I had A&M Fence come and replace the wood on a fence I had installed only 3 years ago. Rule #1 *never* have a landscaping company install a fence. The old fence was weather beaten, falling apart and the metal rusting; it looked 10 years old! A&M Fence replaced the boards with new cedar, replaced and secured the bolts, removed the rust and installed decorative spikes. The completed job vastly exceeded my expectations and I am very happy with the fence. I had to wait a few weeks for the install since they are busy, but they are worth the wait. I'm going to have them do other fence work and I've recommended them to my neighbor. They are professional and take pride in their work."

"I received a few quotes from fencing companies. My husband and I decided to hire Flores Fencing. The quotes I received from the different fencing companies were pretty similar as far as cost but we decided to go with Flores Fencing because they were the only company that seem enthusiastic about getting our business. The other companies, which have been in business a lot longer than Flores Fencing, never even bothered with any form of follow up communication after they gave me the quote. Emanuel however, was great at communicating with me throughout the process and Wilfredo was great at addressing my questions or concerns about my project. The workers were efficient and after completing the installation of my fence and gate, they made sure they left my yard pristine. Wilfredo, who is one of the salesperson, came over to help the workers to make sure the work was completed in one day. He even took it upon himself to fix a gate that was not part of our project which he noticed needed a simple repair. The fence and gate they installed looks absolutely wonderful. I am so pleased! "Like the last review, if I could give less than 1 star, I would. I was recommended to them by someone who had 2 fences and 2 sheds installed by the company when the father was in charge. They used to be a good business. I paid a large amount to get a vinyl fence installed. It looks wonderful and is exactly what I wanted. It's less than 1 year old. I realized that, over the winter 4 of the fence post caps blew off and I could not find them. I called Rustic and asked what could be done. They said they did everything right and wanted me to pay for replacements and told me I could glue them down myself if I wanted. The company who makes the fence sent me the installation instructions which say the caps should be glued down during installation. I called and told Rustic about this and the guy hung up on me. They will not answer any further calls. The company who makes the fence cannot help since Rustic bought product thru a middleman. STAY AWAY from Rustic Wood. They once were a great comp"
