The workers took pictures throughout the process and provided us with the pictures so we can see exactly what was done. Our neighbors were even impressed with the repair work done. We were having water leaking into the crawlspace under the old wooded deck. Tom poured a footing along the wall and perimeter and put in a slight pitch to help solve the problem. The patio is beautiful! The sidewalk came out better than we could ever expect. Tom was concerned about the elevation of the sidewalk leading away from our 4 season room and added an extra step. So glad he did as my mother is elderly and this will help. How he tied in the sidewalk to the shed which faired out to a nice little area to put our garbage cans exceeded our expectations.

Tom's Construction is an in demand company based on the their top reviews with Angie's List so schedule out in advance. We signed up late last year and got on the waiting list. We actually pushed the job out since we were replacing our 4 season room or could of had the job completed in May. We got back in his schedule but with all the rain this year and the fact that they didn't want to wreck our yard with the heavy equipment, we got it done in August. It was certainly worth the wait to go with such a professional courteous company. Very friendly and they will help you with ideas to keep costs down.

Our yard looks totally different now and we couldn't be happier. Great experience from start to finish!

"Infinity Exteriors recently installed a new roof on my house which included a complete tear off. I was impressed with the efficiency of the installation and the clean up at the end of each day. With kids and a dog I was worried about the possible mess left behind but they did a fantastic job. The crew was friendly and very willing to answer any of my questions or concerns. "I definitely recommend APR for flat roofing needs. They did a complete rip and replace of a 500+ sq ft flat roof at my home in La Grange. They were not the low bidder. However, the value was evident. Not only did they install a new torch down roof, but they repaired a significant amount of water-damaged soffit and installed new gutters instead of just re-installing the old gutters, as many suggested. They pointed out several areas of concern that led to the failure of my old roof. And to my surprise, they were able to mobilize a large crew and complete the entire job in one day, including clean up. I talked to many roofing contractors before choosing APR, and I couldn't be happier with my choice."

"In May 2020, A&D Exteriors completed 2 large projects for my wife and I: 1) they replaced our asphalt shingle roof, and 2) they installed vinyl siding to replace our cedar siding. We are extremely pleased with how both projects turned out! Kevin Kowalski was the project manager for both projects, and he was a pleasure to work with. He came to our house to evaluate what we wanted done, and he emailed us detailed proposals for each project. The prices were very competitive, and we signed the proposals to move forward. From start to finish, Kevin kept us informed about the status of things, and he always answered our questions promptly. A&D Exteriors also has a designer, Heidi, and she came out to give us her ideas, including helping us choose colors. The roof replacement was done first, and it was completed in 1 day. Eugene was the foreman of a large crew of 7. They came at 7:30am and were done at 3:30pm. Importantly, the crew did a terrific job of cleaning up. Something we particularly liked was that they didn’t put a fixed dumpster in our driveway, they used a dump trailer on wheels to avoid doing damage to the driveway. The dump trailer was dropped off the night before, and was taken away the same day after the roof replacement was finished. The siding project was next, and Arthur was the foreman of a crew of 2. The 2 of them did an amazing job putting up the vinyl Board and Batten vertical siding and the LP SmartSide engineered wood trim to closely match the existing look of our Tudor style house. The work was completed in 4.5 days, and the house looks great! They also did a thorough job of cleaning up. We give A&D Exteriors our highest recommendation!"

Lester, owner, supervisor and salesman, came to my home with samples and all the information I needed to make my choice simple and without stress. Lester is friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his job. Lester and his crew were punctual, thorough and hardworking. They were careful to protect my property from old roof waste and cleaned up to perfection, when they were done. They did extra repair without charge and did not ask for payment until all the work was done to my satisfaction. "After reviewing several roofing companies on Angi and elsewhere, as well as one family recommendation, we went with Seidel to have all the singles, underlying materials, and gutters replaced on our ~ 25 year old home. The first thing to know about this company is that Udo is a knowledgeable professional who is happy to answer any questions leading up to the job, and assist with things that can be challenging, like getting permits or working with HOAs. During the work he checked in multiple times and even supplied some photos of the roof while the crew was up there, to confirm boards were all OK. In short, he doesn't miss details and does a great job communicating throughout. We went with a higher grade of shingle and supporting materials, and so far (after 30+ days and several storms) the overall quality looks great. I don't anticipate any issues through the coming winter, but will update should anything warrant it. Can fully recommend Seidel and we are also likely to use them for a siding project, based on our positive experiences with the roof."
