"We had a floor leveling issue in which a room was part tile over cement and part carpet over hardwood, with the tiled part being higher than the carpeted part. We wanted to remove the tile, level the entire floor, and have hard wood flooring throughout the room. When the carpet was removed, they found too much damaged wood and dark wood plugs, so reworked our quote and they put new wood flooring in. The work is impeccable!
