It would have been nice if they could have set our expectations that this might happen. Some minor changes had to be made and your crew could have easily just slapped the two windows in the new location, which was only slightly off of the original plan, and be done with it, but they stopped and pointed out where my wife originally wanted them and the new location difference and wanted to be sure that my wife understood the change, and wanted me to talk to my wife first. I was so very impressed that they made the adjustments on the spot that my wife suggested over the phone. I don’t think any other company would have gone through this much trouble to please their customers! <br /> You also were very respectful of our property, neighbors, and your crew were always very willing to stop and explain the process of what was going to happen next. Not one time did we ever feel like we were in your way. "Jack was here on time for estimate, explained everything in depth, and provided a lot of useful information. The workers were very polite. They were late the 2nd day but called. The clean up was pretty good. Some baseboards were left off but Jack said he could send someone to clean up better. When I was cleaning noticed some holes and marks in my walls, where a pipes or tools must have hit them, that will need some drywall repair and a lot of paint touching up."

"I contacted several different companies for bids and different ways to repair the basement. They all seemed a little high priced for the work they wanted to do. When i contacted Leroy at "concrete king". He came out gave me an estimate that wasn't to far off what the price was. He began the work around the time he said he would. Every day i came by and he included me on how everything was going. If something came up for the construction he would give me several options on what could be done. It took about 8 to 9 days for him to build all new basement walls. I asked one thing that was not part of the basement and he took care it with no problem without even charging me. This man will give you a great deal and you will not be unsatisfied. oh and don't be afraid to talk with him he will work with you on everything. one year later he brought out more dirt for the slope had settled and he had to add more."

"The guy that they sent off to do the work was not very knowledgeable. I had the work done before so I knew what was supposed to be done. I actually told him how to do the baseline. It ended up coming out alright. I have another company do it a little cheaper but they don't do our area anymore. They're on time in everything. I would probably not use them in the future."
