"I had a very disappointing experience with Griffin Fence. After installing the fence in November 2023, issues quickly arose with the structure’s integrity, including problems with the welding and the stability of the posts. I promptly reached out to Griffin Fence on multiple occasions, starting in December 2023, providing photo and video evidence of the issues. Despite numerous follow-ups over several months, there was minimal responsiveness and a lack of accountability from their team. A scheduled visit in April 2024 was supposed to address the welding concerns, but the crew failed to resolve the root issues, and some problems even worsened. Subsequent follow-ups in July and August still yielded no effective results, and Griffin Fence’s communication was inconsistent at best. The most recent visit in September ended with their technician arriving and leaving in under 10 minutes without performing any inspection or repairs. The level of service and attention to customer concerns was unacceptable, and the unresolved issues have left me questioning the quality of their work. I cannot recommend Griffin Fence based on this experience."
