Even though the installation was on the third floor, Alex insisted in cutting the product in the first floor garage to keep the dust and debris to a minimum. This required him to trek up and down two flights of stairs to complete the task. He was very meticulous in his installation and helped to clean up the work site after. The Floor It Today salesperson, Sean, came out the first time and took very low measurements, thus making his price much lower than other bids we received. When this was pointed out, he came out, measured again, raised his price but didn't change his measurements. The third time, we measured ourselves, called Sean out to re-measure and finally got the numbers right. Our biggest fear was that he would short order on material, installation would begin and we would have to wait until additional material arrived.
