The reason for the quality ding: There was an issue with air flow to the roof we discovered years later and Eugene has been very responsive to help get the roof air flow dialed in appropriately. Once the air flow update is finished I will be sure to increase the quality score up by a star or two. He's a great friendly and timely roofer who I'd recommend for anybody in the area."

"I had Metropolitan do my house roof a year ago and thought they did such a great job, I decided to have them add a metal roof to my outbuilding/shop. My main reason for the metal was due to fallen needles and branches not easily sliding off the asphalt shingles. I was not disappointed in this companies' performance. They came in a little less expensive than other quotes, which pleased me. They removed the old asphalt shingles, cleaned up at end of every day, and was on the job from start to finish. Communication was very good from front office to the workers. Metropolitan utilizes a customer portal which explains scheduling and cost status during the job.
