"We needed a new roof including new sheeting. Our roof was a 23 year old composite roof with 3/8" sheeting. We received 3 bids from different roofing companies. All of the bids came in within a few hundred dollars of each other. We decided to go with A Better Roofing Company because of reviews, their history in the area dating back to 1991, and the professionalism of Daniel who wrote up the estimate. We received the estimate in October 2018 and the job was completed in December 2018. Scheduling was a difficult because of the rainy days. The crew started on a friday and finished on sunday. The crew worked right thru until the job was done. When i had my extimate done i had choosen white flashing around the roof to match the facia board. The crew mistakenly installed dark flashing that matched the black roof we choose. When I did the walk through after the job was completed with Michael right before Christmas i pointed that out. He immediately said they would come out and replace it with the correct flashing. Since Christmas was a few days away I related to Michael that they could come out anytime after Christmas, no hurry. The next day when i got home from work it was all replaced. That was being responsive! The roof is beautiful and solid. I would recommend A Better Roofing Company to everyone."

"Hard working and friendly crew--showed up early and stayed late. Did a very good job on a large project, removing a wooden shake roof and replacing with composite shingles. Performed customizations and additional work on some difficult pieces and sections along the roof (flashing/gutters/gable vents). Cleaned up thoroughly around the property after completion. Will consider hiring again for future projects."

"The roof on our house was replaced. There were 5 roofing layers that were torn down. We chose to use TPO as our new roofing layer and also got the downspouts, scuppers, vents, and fans replaced. We are very happy with the results and the way the job was done. We chose Pro Roofing NW due to the way John Borbridge handled our interactions. He was prompt and clear in answering our questions and concerns and worked with us to give a good price on the estimates. The job was started in the same week it was scheduled (though it was delayed by 1 day) and finished promptly (4 days total including down spout installation). The roof installer was led by Teles and they were professional and thorough in their work. In addition to the plywood that needed to be replaced, the fascia and barge boards also had to be replaced in certain sections. We found them honest when they recommended replacing just those sections since the wood was fine in all the other sections. In addition, they also painted the replaced sections to match the existing color of the house (we bought the paint for them). What stood out to us was they worked with us to ensure the work was done to our satisfaction. We highly recommend them!"

"Curtis, the second generation of this company was very professional and thorough in our estimating searches. The main reason we went with them one it’s family owned too. It’s local and three gave us the best price out of the five quotes that we got. The whole project from start to finish was done very well by the company and his workers. Every day when they were done with work, they made sure to run a magnet through the driveway so we wouldn’t get a flat tire on our cars. The team worked very hard and was able to wrap up our whole roof project within a week even during crummy weather. "Three Tree Roofing replaced our roof about 18 months ago and we were thrilled with the work, cost, and their professionalism (see my previous review). I have recently cancelled my DIRECTV service and called them to get an estimate on repairing/replacing the shingles where the satellite dish was mounted. They told me that they would send someone out by the end of the week to remove the dish and replace the damaged shingles at no cost. If you need any roof work done, you should absolutely contact Three Tree Roofing. I can't recommend them highly enough."

"CJ came and spent some time with me during the initial estimate. Very pleasant salesman that's easy to relate to and very detailed on how the whole project would be done. The crew that came out to replace my roof were quick, polite and cleaned up well after each work day. (2 days for the roof) Three Tree Roofing provided a huge dumpster for them to throw the debris in which was parked in my driveway, and a honey bucket for their use. There was one issue I had with the skylights and installation, but it's not enough to sway my opinion of this company. The company that Three Tree hired to replace my gutters were exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly as well. I've hired many contractors over the years and have never been so pleased. I HIGHLY recommend them. Last thing I should mention......... I received a nice little gift in the mail after the project was completed. Nice touch!!"

"I had a 2nd layer put on about 12 years ago. It was suppose to be good for 30 years (I guessed 20) but the workmanship was lacking and it had been leaking in the valleys for a number of years. IDEAL was the last one to bid but in short time talking, I decided on them. After stripping 2 layers, they had to replace a number of plywood sheets as the old ones were disintegrating. Ideal did a Superb Job working around rainy days. They installed all new flashing, new vents and metal around all roof edges. Even the skylight needed to be replaced. Glad to have a dry garage and no leaks in the house. THANKS IDEAL ROOFING!!"

Replacing a roof is a costly job and we gave ourselves enough time to research and compare the pros and cons of multiple companies. Roof4Life has been efficient with communication and very competitive with pricing. Ben, Chris, and Gio are very delightful people to work with and have great teamwork. Their role is different but so transparent and prompts that it seems like I am working with a single person. I liked how they communicated very straightforwardly - there was no surprise, sales pitch, or any hidden cost. Gio came for the inspection, gave good recommendations for any issues he found on the roof, and explained their roofing materials with samples so it was very clear what to expect. It has been a rainy winter and had to wait for a clear day to start the job. On the day of the roofing replacement, it was sunny but very cold. I worried about the roofing crews and thought I had to reschedule, but they came prepared and worked very professionally. A lot of our plywood was damaged and we had to replace almost half of them. Their plywood replacement cost was also the most affordable compared to other companies. It took two and a half days to total to complete.
