The owner listened to what we wanted, then showed us samples of the flooring that matched what we wanted. We found the perfect flooring!! The owner listened to the colors and style we wanted. He certainly worked his magic! The staff was very respectful, and pros in putting down our flooring. After they finished, they put our furniture back in the same place where it was. They cleaned up everything when they left. The price was great, the flooring was better grade than what we had, and the beauty of our new flooring is absolutely wonderful. "Scott re did my oak wood floors throughout the entire home in Jan feb 2020. at the end of the day,we had to rush it a w the covid alarms going out. but over all they did a great job! my feeling was good people too. But of course I could not call them back during the pandemic for some minor things i noticed within the year. then After everything passed, I got well from covid myself and remembered to call him back. around the start of 2022 i think. I started trying to contact Scott. now its 2025 and i have not heard back with any of my calls. No answer and never a return call... Does anyone know if he is still in business? Or is he OK? I ask because i dont feel like it is in hi professional nature to do such a big job and blow me off. also i see here that there are no reviews since 2019. I really need a repair and maintanance work done on the floors. Thank you I only give 3 stars because they never followed up with me. where as the original intall i would have given 5 stars. "

This was not an easy job as only 5 slats of wood, the the middle of the floor, had to be removed and replaced. The wood matches so closely, no one would ever know this section of the floor was replaced. His professionalism, attention to detail and concern for me to be satisfied was greatly appreciated. No excuses, arrived on time for each scheduled appointment and has a skilled group of workers that not only did a great job, but took the time to cover all the desks and cabinets in the office to avoid any unnecessary dust which was extremely appreciated.
