"Project: New elec service including mast, 2 exterior motion detectors, replace motion light over garage, new outlets, dimmer switches. When I met with Mike, we went over the scope of work I wanted done. He quoted me a price and said it would take 2 days and they start between 8-9 am. I asked if he could get here earlier because I would lose pay from work and they got here before 8 so I was able to go to work. Also, because the weather was going to be bad on the 2nd day, he switched around crews and had more men with him for my job, finishing in 1 day. They were mindful of my 2 cats and wore "booties" over their shoes and put drop cloths down where they would be working. Cleaned up so nice I didn't even know they were here. I would definitely recommend All City Electrical."

"I called on Monday, contractor got right back to me. Work was scheduled for that Thursday, and contractor arrived on time, gave me prices for work after I showed him around. He then returned a few hours later as promised and did the work quickly, cleanly and professionally. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and how he was pricing it.

A ceiling fan (without any wiring or boxes in place) was installed and two flush-mount hallway fixtures, one over a stairwell.

"I cannot possible say enough good things about Ed, Chris, and their team.  I dread dealing with contractors, we have probably held off on getting this work done for a while because I can't the thought of dealing with them!  I spoke to 3 other contractors for this job and it was evident Ed was the only one who truly cared.  He was not the cheapest, but was worth every penny.
Ed has restored my faith in his profession.  He was courteous from the first contact. He arrived promptly to measure for the estimate.  He was open to whatever we wanted and provided additional wonderful ideas to build upon our vision.  Ed provided the 3 quotes for different options soon after his initial visit.
Once we chose our plan, he went above and beyond to help us pick the right materials for the job.  Both him and Chris drove all around NJ looking for the perfect cultured stone for our steps to match with the pavers we had chosen.  It was evident they truly cared about creating a perfect job for us.  Communication was constant throughout the entire process, and my calls were answered immediately every time.
 
They went above and beyond, even caring for issues I hadn't thought of originally, including making sure our drain was re-routed properly, and electrical wiring for our outside light was set correctly.
The entire work crew was highly professional and courteous. They even made my 3 year old smile every day. I will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend their work to anyone.
