"Wayne at Newcrete was very easy to work with, and we quickly reached a deal for him to repair a large crack and seal the driveway and the small sidewalk that connected it. Two Technicians arrived first, explaining what the job entailed, and began setting up to begin the work. Wayne, the Owner, arrived shortly afterward and gave them final directions prior to going to another worksite. The technicians worked methodically to first repair the crack and then apply the seal for the driveway and sidewalk. This took some time because the driveway had to be power-washed and dried before the sealant was applied. When completed, the technicians showed me the work that was completed, and they roped off the area that had been worked on. The work was methodical and completed with care and professionalism. "My driveway was installed more than 35 years ago and was raised above the natural land contour in one area. Over the years the raised area had settled to the point that I was concerned that it would break and fall. Stable solutions used their process to raise and stabilize the area such that I no longer have to worry about an event that likely would be very costly. "John and his team did an excellent job with the gut renovation of our large tiled shower. He took the time to diagnose what had caused the cracking and shifting in our original concrete pan to make sure the rebuild would not have the same issues down the road. Tiling, grouting, trim, and moulding installation was exacting and looked great. While John was doing the shower we also asked if he could do several other completely unrelated jobs (re-build old, unsafe basement stairs, wire a socket and switch for a new light fixture, patch ceiling drywall) and he did a great job with those as well. Communication was very easy throughout the process - John always kept us aware of any issues and consulted with us immediately on decisions. We will be working with John and his team again."

"After a roofing fiasco, my house was left with copious water damage through three floors. With the exception of 2 rooms, all of the rooms had water damage. MSI was very responsive and walked me through what to expect with the process. With covid and the extent of the damage, MSI talked me through the process, took ample precautions against the plague, and answered all of my questions. After starting, Joe of MSI kept me in the loop with any updates and any concerns they encountered. With the age of the house, I was really worried that there would be surprise costs and the remediation could damage old woodwork. I didn't need to worry. MSI professionally removed all of the water damage and adapted the plan to make the future repairs easier. They made sure my house was habitable after their work was completed and that my home was well set up for the next slew of contractors to properly finish the repairs. I don't know how they removed so much plaster without scuffing the narrow stairwells. The crew were very respectful and kind. They were on time, they showed me things to look out for, discussed what to expect everyday, and they were very cautious with my pets (making sure doors were closed, etc.). With the pandemic still looming, they wore masks all of the time. The price was right on target with what Joe anticipated, which was a massive relief as I am used to prices ballooning with an old house. They communicated with my home insurance too. I'm so happy that I was referred to MSI rather than going with Servpro, which would have been hella more expensive and not tailored to my house's needs. Though I sincerely hope that I don't need their services in the future, I will definitely be a return customer to MSI if a water tragedy comes my way again."

"Larry and his team showed up on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. What I most appreciated about their work was their professional and friendly team of workers. Right from the start they prepared the workspace and covered our new floors with Ram Board to protect the floors. The workers completed the demo and cleaned up on day one. From there the tile workers consulted with us to ensure we had the exact layout of the tile. The work was completed with such great attention to detail. Once the complete job was finished the guys showed up to complete a total cleaning. Our place looks great and we are glad we made the investment in the bathrooms and kitchen remodel."
