They sent an obviously inexperienced worker to clean my back patio, and the result was careless, sloppy work that caused real damage. Water was sprayed directly along the top of my door trim and sliding window ? something that should NEVER be done. Unsurprisingly, water seeped inside and ruined my $2,000 rolling shades. I got a quote for nearly $700 to replace the damaged shades and asked Aaron, the owner, to at least take partial responsibility and cover half. Any honest business would have stepped up. Instead, he refused and tried to deflect blame by calling it a ?structural issue,? which is a weak excuse. This was clearly caused by poor workmanship and lack of basic knowledge. "
