"Shamrock arrived on Sunday,8. Give me a price of 250dollars to fix the water leak, Vinny, the installer state Since the job came with a 4-year warranty, I gave them a 50-dollar deposit. Shamrock came back on Monday, Feb 9, and put roofing tar around the chimney and stated that it would fix the leak. I paid the remaining balance of 200 dollars, and Vinny said they would email a receipt with all the info. On Sunday, Feb 15, it rained, and I still have a water leak. I call Monday, Feb 16, at 888-737-0903 to let them know the leak was still there. The person told me it was on a metal roof and would not send an installer back. I did request them to come back and give me another estimate, but he hung up on me"

The job was done efficiently and within the 2 hour approx estimated time. She shared that they have recently moved to the area from Florida which explains all her previous reviews and shared experiences. "BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This company is all about getting their $99.00 for the estimate, selling you an annual service fee and then quoting exuberant prices. Not really sure if they really care about doing the actual plumbing work. Recently gave me an estimate for a job of $500. Learned later after from another plumber that what they wanted to do was actually not correct AND should have cost no more than $250. Had I used Fayette Heating / H20 Mastero, I would have paid $600 for a job done incorrectly. At least the 99.00 I paid kept me from damaging my house further. There are a lot of reputable plumbers in Lexington. Suggest you look elsewhere"
