"Had a major problem with my rug. The vacuum cleaner belt broke and melted. I had black spots all over my rug. He came over on a Saturday spent a lot of time and did a great job."

"Fabulous work! Picked up the rugs at my old home and delivered them clean to my new home. Second time I have used them and will continue to use them."

"I never had my carpets professionally cleaned. What a difference! I will be leaving it to the pros from now on. All the spots are gone and the carpets look fabulous! They also cleaned my 25 year old area rug. It looks like new and the old pet smells are gone too. Great job. I will definitely use Matrix again!"

"Dave answered his phone right away! He was over within an hour to clean our carpet after the cleaning company we had hired to come the previous day never showed up or even called! Dave is friendly and provided us with great service!!! We highly recommend DWH Cleaning Service!"

"Kyle came out and cleaned an area rug, carpeted stairs, 2 couches and a sectional. Smelled great, dried fast, and the customer service was amazing."

"Al and Quincy were so professional. On time, efficient, friendly and completely accommodating. I am moving my parents into my home and wanted clean, Sanitized carpets. Not only did they exceed my expectations on my 11yr old carpet, they also did a mattress, couch and area rug for a most reasonable price! I will be hiring them for quarterly cleanings going forward. Al also did a friends carpet and will be doing my parents apartment after they move out! Great service, great communication and stellar customer service. The only negative is no credit cards accepted. Cash only or Zelle. Other than that, I would recommend 100%!"

"2 young men did a fine job cleaning 2 rooms of carpeting."

"He cleaned the cream colored carpet in 2 bedrooms and 2 rugs in a hallway and family room. All four areas were cleaned perfectly. The family room rug gets heavy use and was really dirty but it looks (and smells) great. This is the second time that Carey has cleaned the carpets and I will hire him again."

"Professional, courteous, came on time. the pet odor was taken care of in the back bedroom. Stains removed, carpet looked clean and fresh. I had Tom redo the bottom three stairs to the den. This carpet is a Berber and did not clean as well as the other stairwell. The Berber Carpet is a much tighter weave. The entire carpet took longer to dry than the stated 2 to 4 hours. Would recommend this company for carpet and furniture cleaning, Review by Barb M. in Bolingbrook, IL"
