Henry gave us a prompt and reasonable estimate within 24 hours of our request and completed the the work the following week. The repaired steps look better than the original and are now very solid. He and his associate were very neat and respectful of our property. While I was nervous about the possibility of the materials not matching, honestly... you cannot tell the rework was not included in the original build.
