"This was alright. The carpet was pretty bad so he couldn’t guarantee it could be cleaned by doing a normal cleaning so he had to get the brush out and do a scrub on it. The steam cleaner wouldn’t have cleaned it properly. He did a fine job on it and it the carpet cleaning. I wouldn’t use him again because he is far out of town."

They were all 3 1/2 inch Red Oak but a darker color than you typically see and a more subdued finish. I found that Farron had done the floors for the original builder so I contacted him. Their price was very reasonable and considerably under the other bid I got.
Farron and his team always showed up when they said they would and they worked late and odd hours to meet my timeline. They adjusted on the fly as they needed to meet my needs.
I have never met a more down to earth, reliable, and honest contractor. He did an exceptional job of setting expectations properly and he and his team exceeded every expectation he set. They matched the 6 year old floors perfectly - even where they had to blend in mid - room. The floors and the matte finish are gorgeous.
