Bernie is so responsive and constantly communicated with us throughout the process so we always felt on top of what was happening. His kind nature and professionalism is also evident in his highly skilled crew. They showed up everyday at 7:30am and worked until 7pm...if not later! They were always in uniform, always friendly and watching them work was something the whole family enjoyed. They are experts using machinery, insanely talented stone masons and their attention to detail was evident everyday. I felt like I learned so much from the crew! Gus - the foreman - is simply the best in the business. He made recommendations throughout the process that made our yard even better than we had envisioned. "I liked this company from the start because of the "philosophy" of the owner. My issue was a pine tree that overhung the house . Other companies wanted to remove the tree or just one side (double trunk). Rich's solution was to prune only the branches that jeopardized the roof. He also pointed out a tree in front that was dead and would have impacted my neighbor if it falls. The crew showed up 5 mins early and went right to work. They pruned two trees, took one down and cleaned all the scrub trees from the area. You would never know they were here. They even cleaned the gutters."

We got a couple of quotes and Attack a Crack was the least expensive, came with a lifetime guarantee (others were 2-15 years) and the repair they did was less of an eye sore than what others planned to do. Two months later the seal has held and there hasn’t been any leaking. But I’m not concerned about the quality as I know they fixed another leak in our basement septic pipe years ago for the previous owner and there has never been an issue. I will call them first if we have other basement leaks."
