I hired him through Angi to replace my front window screen, and he so was honest in his evaluation of what could or couldn't be done. In my case, the window screen was bent & will have to be replaced by the manufacturer. He didn't try to sell me on something that wouldn't work. He therefore did not charge me, even though he had driven a long way to get here. This was a morning appointment and I had no cash on me, so he even turned down a tip!!
