"I am very happy with my dealings with The Roofing Company. The project manager, Gene, was professional in his presentation, courteous, and attentive to my concerns. He immediately arranged a repair of my front porch that was necessary for the roof replacement while other companies either said they couldn’t make the repair or wouldn’t quote the repair. He gave me a quote for the work that was higher than any of the other five companies. The quote was higher mainly because he budgeted more for sheets of plywood and other materials. I knew from walking on the roof and looking in the attic that quite a bit of plywood needed to be replaced and didn’t want to commit to a company that would not give me an accurate estimate. The workers that repaired the roof and installed the gutters were impressive. They were hardworking, skilled, and courteous and coordinated their efforts very well. The project went smoothly. The work site was cleaned each night and I was kept informed concerning the progress of the project."

"The process went SO smooth!!! We started with a "meet and greet" where Shingle Masters visited my home to assess my roof and provide a quote. They explained the process in terms I understood, gave me options for roofing shingles, and gave me time to review all information without any pressure. They took time to answer all of my questions to be sure I felt comfortable moving forward. Once the crew started, the majority of the work was done in a day, and the remaining days were spent with final touches. Ensuring our stucco was repaired (AND PAINTED) where needed. They made improvements on weak design areas in the structure of our roof as opposed to just replacing shingles. Everyone I interacted with, from the office to the crew on site where extremely nice and professional. It's hard to find a company to trust with such a large project and from the "meet and greet" I had with Shingle Masters, I knew I was making the right choice to work with them. Everyone took pride in their part in replacing our roof and went above and beyond to bring our roof up to code and to look beautiful!"

"We called Arrys after our roof started leaking. We were brand new to the home and had been told the roof was relatively new. The guy who came out was amazing! He showed my husband how the nails were popping up through the shingles. He advised that we'd need a new roof sooner than expected, but that in the meantime, we could patch those spots ourselves if needed. He gave my husband some pointers so that we wouldn't have to call them every leak. Those pointers and that help was a HUGE relief to brand new homeowners. That was 3 years ago now. We've used their advice to hold on until we were able to afford a new roof. We are now on their schedule for a new roof in a few weeks. The sales guy that came out for that, Jeff, was absolutely amazing in explaining our options and what was needed. He came out in August, and then we had to delay the project. We wrote them back in May, and within a few days we had an updated quote and were back in touch with him. I will update/edit once the roof is installed, but the peace of mind this company gave us for the few years we had to wait is something we are so grateful for, and I would recommend them to anyone I know!"

I was completely satisfied and very happy with the results. They methodically picked up all the debris, and allowed me to inspect each roof before they left. I’m a picky person but this company knows what their doing, and not once did I feel any less than completely satisfied. "I can only comment on the customer service I received as I never got far in the process of having a new roof installed. I had claimed a deal on Angie's List for a new roof. A gentleman came out and said that our roof did not qualify. I understood and had no problem with that. I still wanted an estimate for a new roof though. He did take the measurements and said that the estimate would be sent to me. A week or so later I got a message on Angie's List asking if I received it and I said no. He asked for an address so he could take measurements. I told him that he already came out and did that. I guess he never found the measurements and/or estimate as I never got another response. All I can say is that the customer service part of this was not very professional. I can't put a review on here for the quality of work as they never did any work."

"Roof and Fascia Repair Highly Recommend Roof Tech. Just had a fascia Board replaced and roof repair that caused the problem. Work was done by Roof Tech. Highly recommend them. Very neat, fast work. Good price and thorough. Darrell gave us a complete explanation of the needed work and followed thru. His guys who came were done in 2.5 hours and did everything they said. I mentioned another small item when they were here, not part of quote, and they handled that as well-no extra charge. I hope to not need a new roof for many years, but will call them first when I do."

"I am very impressed with the way this company scheduled, carried out and followed up on the work. I had to accelerate my plan to replace my old roof early this (2021 year) when it started to leak during the storm in November. I had planned to ask Dynamic Roofing Concepts to carry out that routine replacement because the company had replaced a flat roof for me in 2019 and did a splendid job, and I’d contacted the company and received an estimate and very helpful explanation about my options from Joshua. When the roof started to leak, I emailed Joshua in a panic, and he helpfully replied and set things in motion to move the job up on the calendar. Responding to me during the storm was above and beyond any routine service commitment. The job was scheduled soon after my call. (I got someone to put a tarp over the leak in the meantime.) The workers arrived as planned as did the person delivering the materials and everything was efficiently unloaded and work proceeded systematically. My request that they not play radios was honored. All the old materials were put in a dumpster in the driveway, and before they left, the workers cleaned up every bit of debris from the yard. They did not damage a single plant. Someone collected the dumpster in less than two days. The roofing installation actually was finished in one day. It passed the county’s inspection on the first visit. Dynamic Roofing Concepts offered me warranty options and arranged for an independent company to do a Wind Mitigation inspection and send me a report for my insurance company. When I had questions about these matters, owner Colin Clark always answered my email messages and phone calls and provided helpful answers. I could not have asked for a better experience with this roof replacement."
