"Yes...hec listened carefully to my summary of the problem, then went under the sink and on the wall where the off/on switch is, then applied his gage, whereby he determined that both the "off" and the "on" showed power on. So he went to Home Depot. picked up a new switch, came back and installed it...and the disposal is working just fine. Very pleased with his demeanor and professionalism, and the $100 fee was fair."
