Get matched with top handyman for multiple small projects pros in Holiday, FL

"Outstanding handyman! Steve has now done 3 sets of projects for me: replace/repair shingles on my shed/garage, rebuild a pass-through wall with screening between the shed and garage, re-seal countertop to wall, replace faucets in the kitchen, replace shower head, and replace ceiling tiles in basement storage room. Absolutely outstanding work, very reasonable and accurate bids, and a quiet worker. One of the great things about the bidding process is a button to push "approve" when sent by e-mail. I will continue to use him for every kind of project he can do."

"Brent managed our condo renovation from beginning to end, with the ultimate professionalism. As the project was being handled while we were out of state, Brent was the liaison between us and electricians, cabinet makers, countertop and backsplash templators and installers, and shower window installers. He listened to our needs and helped us identify details before the project started, such as updating switches and switch plates and replacing door hardware. This made all the difference in the overall condo upgrade. He managed product and appliance deliveries, while carrying out the renovations as per the architectural drawings. We couldn’t be more pleased and give Brent our highest recommendation!"

"He is punctual, personable, knowledgeable about his work, as soon as this Quarantine is over I hope to have him come to my home to do more work. I highly recommend him for any home-improvement work."

"We moved here from NJ two years ago. The one thing we had there was a good handyman. Here, in Florida, we went through multiple handyman services until we found Kao, Affordable Handyman and Building Solutions. All I can say is Five Star. We had a number of projects from hanging a door, installing bathroom fans, installing curtain rods, fixing areas that other handymen broke. He is fantastic. We have already put his number on speed dial and have used him again. It doesn't change. He does the work, is affordable, is very knowledgeable, and super professional. If anyone is in need of a handyman and you don't give Kao a call, you could be putting yourself through uneccessary misery. And, he does the work, and just charges you very reasonably for the work, not the day, as many services require a minimum. We strongly recommend Kao and Affordable Handyman and Business Solutions!! Five star professional handyman!"

"Julio did a great job and we really like how our shower conversion turned out. He did quality work throughout the project from the beginning to end. Installed a custom shower pan where our tub once was added new board and did all tile work as well as installing grab bars and a bench. He kept us informed with updates on the project as he went. Julio particularly has a passion for getting all the details right. We would definitely use him again."

"I had some damaged drywall in a bedroom wall that needed repair. Mikola did an excellent job it was professionally done. He took his time with blending the mud smoothing sanding and texturing the drywall. This is the second job he has done for me the other was a pocket door. Mikola done excellent work I would hire him again for any handyman project that comes up."

"I own several duplexes and Chey has been my handyman for several years. He has completed things like, putting in floors, toilets, bathtubs, fixtures, doors, fixing plumbing, HVAC piping, painting walls and cabinets. I?ve also had him out at my residence to fix things like my garbage disposal, yard work, etc. There isn?t anything I don?t think Chey can?t fix. He is a jack of all trades. I?m an 86 year old female and I trust him, whether I?m there or not, to get the job done professionally. His smile will when the job over!"
