He even gave me the name of the distributor of the water heaters to help me get answers to questions he was unsure of about the product. I got all my questions answered and when I finally ordered my water heater from Mark, I felt totally confident that I got the best heater choice for my needs. His price was very competitive to other quotes I received for the job. Water heater was installed within a few days of my ordering it and was done by two of his employees. They were well trained, very clean and competent and did a beautiful installation. All work was completed in under two hours. "We moved into our home three years ago and have used this company twice since. They were the original installation company. Both times, the initial phone call was met with reluctance and several statements that they were busy and asking if I was sure I needed something done. It did not seem like they wanted our business. The first time we used them was good. They replaced a couple sprinkler heads and the price was reasonable. The most recent visit today was very disappointing. They correctly identified that one of our zones had an electrical short and therefore that zone was not turning on. He recommended to my wife that they combine zones. However, there is not enough water pressure to water all of the area. We paid $203 for one hour of work and essentially shifted the water pressure to another area of the yard. I expected all of the zones to be put in working order. He told us we would have to wait another 3 weeks to schedule a time to fix the electrical issue. We have decided to find another lawn sprinkler company. They sent me a partial refund and I appreciate their efforts."
