"It’s been a few months since Ron completed our patio. I usually don’t leave reviews. I am a perfectionist that changes my mind and I know that can be tough to accommodate. Ron was terrific and exceeded my expectations. Our patio is incredibly beautiful. As a perfectionist I do have to point out the cutting of the curved stones was not exact but you cannot notice unless you are sitting on the wall. I will definitely work with him again. Great with kids and difficult customers!!!"

"The crew from Armstrong Waterproofing did a fantastic job of fixing our drainage problem. They were punctual and on time every day and even worked later that would be expected to get to a good stopping point each day. They were very careful not to damage any electric and water lines coming into the house during the excavation process. They excavated the ground to the footers on the outside of the basement wall, cleaned and applied waterproofing, and installed drain pipe both for a footer drain and for any downspouts. We have already noticed a big difference in our basement wall, even with the excessive rain this week. They offered sensible options for fixing our problem at a reasonable cost. We would highly recommend Armstrong Waterproofing."

"The project went very smooth. Tim was the only one that brought up points that other contractors did not. 1. The window I already had was too close to an electric panel. Most contractors want to charge a lot extra to block it in to move new egress window over. Tim did not and said it would not be a big deal. 2. Had many good reasons why I should go with a slider for my particular situation. 3. Estimate received did not just had a price but listed the work to be done properly. Too many contractors skip the details. 4. One of the only contractors that would dig all the way to the footing. Most just dig a hole with a post hole digger for the drain and cut corners. The project had to be rescheduled a couple times but that all was smooth. Brandon, John and crew arrived on the start date and you could tell right away they had a smooth process for installing egress windows. No damage to the lawn because they lay boards down to protect it. Brandon addressed my concerns about the drain and after discussing with him I felt much more comfortable having a better understanding of it. Great communication. They were neat and tidy in the house. I had no idea what to expect having a hole cut in my foundation wall. However, it was suprisingly not that messy. All flashing details with the window were done properly. No complaints I would hire again. In a few years I will be calling about my garage floor."

"Wow! Roofers were here at 7 AM and left at 7 PM. New roof done and they cleaned every square inch of driveway, yard and porch. Two gentlemen from the Honduras and one from Mexico. They were the sweetest, most polite and hardworking guys. My roof looks great. Allstate will be installing new gutters in a couple weeks. Highly recommended for price and workmanship. Me and my husband are very happy!"

"Unique requirement--lifting of furnace (in heating season) as part of the project. Worked with my furnace man to do this. Old concrete was jack hammered out and dirt removed to make room for stones. Added stones, vapor barrier and rebar to connect it with rest of floor, then poured concrete. Had to remove basement window to fit trough into basement. Readymix was delivered and wheeled into basement room where it was used. Concrete was worked and smoothed and he left no bubbles or voids. Also did extra job of power-chipping out edge of existing basement floor (to seal out minor groundwater leakage during heavy thunderstorm) and sealing it with hydraulic cement. Excellent work ethic. Good knowledge of materials. Good attention to meeting and exceeding my customer requirements."
