Serpa was hired to remove the trim (and possibly the windows themselves) in all 5 of our doghouse dormers as they leaked when it rained and have done so since the house was built over 5 years ago. The guys from J.M Serpa came in, were very upfront about what they were going to do and answered any and all questions I had. It was obvious when the window trim and windows were removed what the issue was and they resolved it. My only concern would be that they could have been a bit more attentive to keeping the work area clean and cleaning up after they were finished but overall they were very professional."
