His workers are just as professional, but as friendly as him. They not only did a wonderful job, but understood my limitations and not only did the neccessary work, but made sure with my handicap, that it worked for ME! They cleaned up and left my house and yard cleaner than when he came. Not only that, but because the doggie door he was to install didn't have a lock, he used the old door and fashioned a lock for the new one, and didn't charge extra. He told me it would take a week, but they finished in 4 days. They came early, left late, and did a job that I am so pleased with, that I recommend his company to everyone."

"The shutter replacement went very well and everyone was very complementary about the new shutters. The laundry area door replacement ended up nice but I had/still have concerns. The source of the concern is that the original opening the old door hung in was not square. The installer ended up using a lot of filler to make it look right. So right now everything is great. I am a little concerned about the filled area over time."

"Overall, very well. The company representative was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had all my questions answered in an honest and straight forward way. The company encouraged me to read some neutral articles about transporting a car and what to look for and what to ask. They were very helpful and not pushy like some other companies that I had contacted. The car arrived earlier than the estimated time. The condition of the car was exactly as it had been when it got loaded. I especially liked that we were able to put up to 100 pounds worth of personal belongings in the car. There was some disconnect between United Freight and the driver. I was told the car would be picked up on Monday and, since I was told it was door to door, I assumed he would be at our house. We have wide streets in our neighborhood so I did not think there would be a problem. Instead, the driver called Saturday evening, said he was picking up on Sunday morning and we were to meet him at a nearby shopping center. But the car did get delivered to the address at the other end."

"They always do a perfect job. They always come when they say they are going to, which I greatly appreciate because not all contractors do that. They are very accommodating, and I just have to call them if I have a problem and they will come and fix it. Max hasn't billed us yet for the work. The closet doors had not been done right when the house was built and they redid every door. I now have doors that actually close. They do what they say they are going to and they go above and beyond the call of duty. He either does it right or he doesn't do it. He has a crew that does the work and then he comes in and checks and makes sure that everything is done properly. They clean up everything and you would never know that they had been here except for the work. They clean up after themselves and put down plastic on the carpets. I never have anybody else do anything for me but him. I have recommended Max to everybody. In fact, I am going through physical therapy and have told my physical therapist to call Max if he wanted something done."
