"Scott is courteous, professional, and a very nice guy. His pricing was reasonable (One place wanted $4000 and another fencing company quoted even higher than the other!!). "They are probably in line with about everyone else. They have a crew that comes out to power wash and stain. They did the fence too. They did a fine job. I think there were three that did the job. It probably took about half a day. I think they power washed one day and came back to stain the next day. It was a clean when they left as when they got here. I think they were very thorough. The fence still looks good. The deck I will probably have to redo, but it gets a lot of sun."

They also worked with the mess the previous contractor left after he had ordered the wrong material then quit the project. "Fair. We had two driveway gates custom made to go along with this fencing. While one of the two is outstanding, he had both gates made the same. The second one does not follow the contour of the driveway exit. We told him we were very unhappy with the way it looked (photo attached). His response was that there is not much he can do as the gates were already paid for. We again expressed our disappointment and explained we wanted a resolution. His response was that he could not come up with one and that we should accept the fact that this is how things are “done in the Ozarks”. We allowed three weeks to pass without offering to pay for the completed job. He then offered to have the gate manufacturer remove the second gate and re-rack it at a cost of an additional $650. We agreed hoping for the best. The modification was barely noticeable, but since we agreed on the payment, were left with little choice. When we met with the gate manufacturer, we were told that Master Handyman (Tom) could have accounted for this change in grade of the second driveway whereby they could have custom tailored the gate to match the slope of the driveway."
