"A hard-working duo!! Sean and Shane recently replaced our entire HVAC unit and ventilation plenum. They are great guys to work with, very personable and professional all around. They had to deal with a ton of issues and prior shotty workmanship with our install and didn't miss a beat keeping us informed along the way and correcting every concern. "We had them replace our rear deck about a year ago, did a great job. Posted a review here on that job. They did some external wood trim on the upper patio to tie things together. They pressured washed both decks. The new rear deck is a single level. The front deck has three levels. Were very clean during the pressure washing and ensured that no mess was left behind after. They stained the rear deck and made sure that everything was covered and sealed completely before starting. After they sprayed everything was cleaned very well. They spent a lot of time making sure that the siding on house was clean and free from any stain. After they painted the front after prepping the area completely. Gave the deck two coats of solid color stain. Gave the top deck a third coat because they were not happy with just two coats. Cleaned everything up and left nothing behind. Overall great job again by them and are planning on having them remodel our bathroom shortly. <br />"

"I own a 100-year-old craftsman and had a room requiring a flooring transition on my original wood floors, a closet door frame install, recessed lighting, and a fan installation. T & S went above and beyond. They looked for vintage flooring to match and customized the old-fashioned trim to match perfectly - no easy task b/c this trim and flooring type is no longer made. They smoothed and prepped the wall (plaster/lathe/wallpaper - difficult to work with) for me in areas not related to the lighting installation, knowing I’d be painting soon. Fast, friendly, and professional service. They were prepared with all supplies. They cleaned and organized the work space thoroughly before leaving every day they were there (2-3 days). They were responsive and straightforward throughout the project, gave helpful advice when I asked, and sought out ways to save me money. The transformation was major and i’m very happy with the results."

"Mike came over and took a look at our deck giving us his vision on how he would proceed. He used top notch materials for all the work. His workmen are very professional and on time every day. They worked on the hottest days in the summer and I even had to almost chase one of them home because it was too hot to work. My husband and I wanted some electrical pulled to install lights and they did it without a blink of an eye. Still they finished ahead of their projected time line. The craftsmanship is stellar. We had a slight issue after the completion of the job and they came out to fix everything while we were on vacation. The most impressive thing we noticed was Mike was there almost daily to supervise, roll up his sleeves and help his crew. He must put hundreds of miles on his vehicle to make sure all his crews are doing as they were instructed. And the relationships are extremely cohesive.
