"I contacted Mike when I was gathering estimates from different companies and he was by far the most personable and most forthcoming of all the companies that I dealt with. He went so far as to show me all the prices that he gets for materials, which is rare to get that kind of upfront honesty these days. When I found out I was moving and I needed the fence put up quickly, Mike was the only person I contacted out of the 5 companies that I had measure and price me out. The quality speaks for itself when you see the fence. The crew were great and friendly, answering any questions that I had while they were building the fence. It only took them a day and a half of total work time, no shortcuts were taken and the quality is great. The pressure treated lumber used was without cracks or flaws and the use of screws instead of nails will ensure that the fence boards will stay intact when nailed fences will fall apart in a few years. The wooden platform supporting the castor wheels on the gate is an awesome feature that will prevent gate sag and stress on the hinges. If I ever buy a home in this area again, Stetzler Sawmill fencing is the first and only company I'm calling. <br /> I marked the price as a B because they do charge a little more than the other fencing companies around, but remember that you get what you pay for and Stetzler Sawmill fencing's record and Angie's List awards speak for themselves. "Very pleased with Assurance!! We hired them after seeing the fence they installed at our neighbor's home. We hired Assurance to install a black aluminum fence (wrought iron look). When the crew showed up and began work on the post holes, they discovered a significant number of tree roots which prevented them from using equipment (machinery) to dig the holes. We were originally told the fence would be completed in 2 days. The owner himself showed up to hand dig each post hole to keep true to original installation time. Professional crew who performed quality work. Highly recommend!!"

"The Holderby Brothers run a good business and they seek long-term relationships with homeowners.  This is a good approach and results in a better understanding of the needs of the client.  In my case, I have had them do "handy" work like handing new lights, installing custom chair rails and wainscoting, as well as larger projects like my Stacked Stone custom wall.  They come out a walk the space, which is a process for homeowner to present vision and needs, budget, etc.  Then they provide a written quote with materials, labor and price.  Be sure to ask for separate quotes if you have them look at multiple projects in same visit.  I liked this approach because I was able to prioritize and budget for each project and then decide which ones to start and when. <br /> They are very low-pressure, and will offer flexibility to allow you to bring your own products or have them procure the materials. One example of this was in doing the concrete backer drywall for my wall.  They recommended that, and the result is a sturdier installation!  The owners are very involved, if they use full-time workers or if the special need is to bring in a sub-contractor.   <br /> They are very comfortable with current technology...you can sign things electronically, get receipts to your email, send photos of your desired look (i used a lot of pinterest photos,,,haha), and have an office staff that is available and responsive. <br /> Overall, great company. <br />"
