The office staff kept me informed when projects were going to start & their duration, when dumpsters would be dropped off or picked up, as well as letting me know when they wouldnâ t be there due to weather issues- rain and high winds. All the crews were polite and answered any questions I had. I had the Remodeling Company do my roof, tear down the old deck, build a new deck to code, and install vinyl siding and new gutters. I had had an open insurance claim for part of the roof & after the Remodeling company inspected my roof, they sent pictures of hail/wind damage to my insurance company. By the way, my hiring the Remodeling Company came about as the result of a knock on my front door when they were doing work in the area. I did check them out and saw they were very highly rated & the next day we got into specifics about the project and talked money and timeframe. There was a delay due to my having to get the work approved by the HOA, but work commenced less than 2 weeks after getting HOA approval! Thank you The Remodeling Company for a job well done!"

"Work requested was patching an asphalt roof (not metal) which recently lost some shingles. Crew came the next day on a Sunday afternoon which was greatly appreciated and did a great job on several bad spots on the roof. Only quibble I had was communication. Neither of the two roofers who did the repairs spoke very good English and even the owner was difficult to understand making it hard to explain the repairs needed and to get an estimate before the job began. However responding on a Sunday (heavy rain predicted for Monday) and doing a very good repair got them 5 stars."
