I chose to get multiple estimates for this job as it is a fairly big job, that of painting the whole house. Eber was very prompt in showing up to provide estimate. While English is his second language it is good enough to converse with my wife that only speaks English. He was thorough in his explanation, gained our trust, and put everything in writing (a must for my wife and I who are Judge Judy's fans). Living in an HOA we had to get permits so timing of the job depended on approvals, further this is rainy season making the schedule a bit tricky. At all this Eber was accomodating, worked around available days and delivered as promised. Most of the work was done by a crew led by Rodrigo a very good and hard worker. Eber was always available for any questions and delivered as promised. I will point out his price was higher than other quotes but I felt it wothwhile. Eber values his reputation and ensured we were completely satisfied."
