"I purchased the roof maintenance package as part of a Big Deal on Angie's List. I had a leak that I thought was coming from the roof and figured this deal would help me get my roof checked as well as figure out what was causing the leak. Additionally we are looking at getting solar panels installed so I was looking for another opinion about what work my roof needed to support the panels. They were very prompt to schedule a visit and rescheduled very quickly when the forecast called for rain on the initial appointment. They started the visit by asking what if anything I was interested in knowing about the roof or having them inspect. We walked around inside my house first to see to look at the leak in my ceiling and see if there was any other issues. Three of them worked on my roof for about 30 minutes. They took pictures of all of their work to show me after they were finished. They offered some great advice about my garage roof which was not part of what I brought them out for. They were able to tell me a lot of the roof's history that was not passed on to me from the previous owner which has helped us a lot. They did recommend two options to get more life out of my roof, a patch and coat estimate as well a new roof estimate. They were not pushy and gave me great advice saying they wanted me to be knowledgeable even if I didn't go with them for the additional work. I appreciated their professionalism and value so much I already referred them to a neighbor looking to have a roof leak fixed. I would also definitely encourage anyone thinking about getting their roof maintenance package to do so. It was a great value and experience for us.

Update: We ended up asking them to come back and replace our whole roof to have a good surface down before we installed the solar panels. They did the job all in one day. Their work site was very clean and they hauled off all the old roof without any disruption. Throughout the process they came down and showed me pictures of what they were finding as well as the work they were doing. I am happy with their service and the peace of mind of having a new roof down before we put our new panel investment on top. They also gave us some recommendations of things to ask our solar installer. Being a winter project there was always potential weather issues and they kept me up to date whenever the weather changed. We had a very good experience and would recommend them."

"Robert arrived promptly and was very friendly and professional.  We have alot of LF of gutters and 12/12 pitch roofs and dormers.  He did the work quickly and cleanly, bagging all of the debris.  Normally, when I do it, the ground looks like a hurricane had been through but with K&R, I couldn't even tell the gutters had been cleaned.  Beautiful!
It can be difficult to hire someone for a job you would normally do yourself but, when it's necessary, it's great to find the right place. Thanks!
