I shopped and compared various prices and Hector was very affordable in comparison to the rest of the companies i interviewed. AND his work is INCREDIBLE. My floors, despite being 70 years old, LOOK NEW! Certain planks that had to be removed and replaced due to stain or deterioration were done with exacting precision and match the existing floor. "Everything went smoothly. We were on a time crunch, and had to change the installation date to the weekend. Austin was our guy and he was always on top of things and was in contact with us. They didn’t have the transition pieces available on the dates the installers showed up but he said it was not a problem for them to do the flooring first, and transitions a couple days later. Normally that wouldn’t be a big deal but we live in a rural area, far away from their company so it’s a pain to get out here! The flooring looks and feels awesome. I don’t remember what it’s called but it’s an innovative, durable, lifetime guaranteed type of flooring. Most expensive, but worth the price since we have 2 dogs and 2 cats."
