We immediately contacted Kevin & Co due to our household AC breakdown. Kevin was immediately available to us when we had expressed our emergency situation. Kevin made himself available to go over all of our issues with our inherited old unit that came with the house that had finally broken to no repair. Kevin listened to what we needed and addressed any concerns of enhancements needed to get the full capacity of cool temperatures throughout our home. Kevin and company reflected a high level of skill and attention to detail. He did a poor job, including an improperly installed toilet that was leaking under the floor. He agreed by text message to a $300 refund in Nov. ’24, but still hasn’t paid as of the end of July ’25, even after losing in Small Claims Court. He uses multiple addresses in various LI towns and won’t tell you his actual current address. The one listed on Angi is a street that does not even exist. Now he won’t respond to texts or phone calls."
