"Bill Taylor (owner) came out to give me an estimate for what I thought was going to be a roof repair on my *(not too old roof). Unfortunately, the previous roofer did not do the correct thing and I needed a complete new roof. Four Seasons could not have been more professional. From the first call to the last nail they were polite, professional, and helpful. Donna in the office is SO patient, kind, and caring. I was scheduled for a few weeks out, but as the roof got worse they were able to schedule me in. The crew that arrived, headed by Antonio, was exceptionally polite, professional and hard working. They answered ANY (and I had a bunch) questions or concerns I had during the installation. They really worked as a team and the finished product looks great. Clean up was impeccable with them checking-in before saying they were done that I was happy. A few of the crew members mentioned they were with Four Seasons over a decade (a sign of a good, stable business). I highly recommend Four Seasons Roofing. From the first call to the last nail everything was great. More importantly, I am CONFIDENT that they did the RIGHT job and if there are any issues Bill and his team will stand behind their work."

"This was a large job which required removal of the old roof - multiple layers of asphalt shingle and cedar shake down to rafters. The house is a large old Victorian with multiple angles and outcroppings, and very steep. There was also a one car garage. As promised, Royal arrived on day 1 - a Monday in 12 degree weather - with 3 dump trucks, several other trucks with men and equipment and over 30 workers. They swarmed over the house and by 10 AM the roof was stripped to the rafters and by the end of the day new plywood, underlayment and shingles had been installed on more than 3/4 of the roof. All work was completed in 4 days. Every night the property was thoroughly cleaned up. Progress was provided during the entire job by sending photos taken with a drone - terrific! Overall we were impressed and pleased with the work and the fact that it truly took 4 days. We had seen other jobs in the neighborhood take 3 weeks or more to complete. You pay for this kind of service - it is not cheap - but it is totally worth it. In addition, all of the workers and the project managers are very professional and attentive to your needs. I'll never have to use them again for this job, but I would recommend them in a heartbeat if you need a roof, gutters etc."

"I was very impressed with their professionalism. They came quickly and on time. They were very professional. They did an excellent job for a very fair price They are easy to get along with and very responsive to customer requests. They replaced the roof of my sunroom which had been chewed by a raccoon. They placed a metal striping on the edge as well as replacing the wood and replacing the roofing. They even replaced the gutter for free. It was a real pleasure working with them. They are as excellent and professional as anyone could ever want. Afterward, they cleaned up completely and hauled all the garbage away. I would recommend them completely. You will not be disappointed. A very professional company. In August 2020, I again hired them. The storm had ripped the trim off my roof. I called them and they gave me a very fair estimate and did the work the same day. While they were on the roof, they noticed that my chimney was damaged and leaking. I asked them to repair it and they did it very nicely and professionally for a very fair price. They came when they promised and did the work exactly as specified. They are a wonderful company, a family affair with two brothers. I highly recommend them."
