They came in on the lower end of pricing (though not the lowest), but their work included more in the initial estimate. I recommend uploading your estimates to AI and asking for a side-by-side comparison, and ask what questions you should ask about their estimate, you will learn a lot. Bryan was thorough in his estimate, did not over-measure, and was fair about removing pricing from the quote when something did not need to happen. We had 2 layers of shingle on top of a layer of shake which made a mess of our open attic garage, but they protected everything and cleaned it all up as though nothing happened. "I hired Precision Roofing and Rain gutter to put a new roof on my house in South Reno and they did a great job. A lot of the damage from the roof was caused by snow that accumulated during the 2022-2023 season. I didn't realize that I had so many broken roof tiles and our homeowners association man did it only tile Roofing and when that was changed they allowed us to put in other types of roofs like asphalt shingles, higher end asphalt shingles, and I bought that roof and I've been problem free since. I love these guys."

"Roofing Project Do not recommend this contractor. High-pressure sales tactics. This is the typical contractor who promises a lot but fails to deliver a timely project. Signed a contract in November 2023, it is now the end of February 2024, and still do not have a finished project. Three times this week alone (Feb) changed the start date. Contractor excuses after excuses, blaming permitting or labor shortages. Communication is terrible. The only schedule updates you get is if you call them and then it's just a call center. If you don't ask the exact question, you don't get any information. Received conflicting start dates within their communication between their sub-contractors."
