The workers were on time, left the property clean everyday. Chris came up with additional ideas for the project, which enhanced the project! I finished with stamped concrete. "We were impressed from the very first day when Mario showed up—it was clear that he was reliable. He was sincere and thorough with the pricing. Although we were surprised when he asked us to pay extra for the dirt and requested it halfway through the job, we discussed it, and he agreed to settle the matter fairly. Mario consistently followed through on what he said he would do. He did a great job—especially considering that my business partner, Sarah, is extremely precise and particular when it comes to details and quality. For potential clients, I recommend clearly outlining the payment terms, who will provide the dirt, the type of concrete (PSI), whether fiber/rebar will be included, and the cleanup expectations. All of this should be clearly spelled out in the contract. Mario handwrites everything, which is fine—his handwriting is actually very neat. I’ve read some of the other reviews, and I agree—it’s hard to find honest contractors these days. Yes, I highly recommend Mario."
