"Tyler and his crew were very thorough and professional. Of the 5 concrete contractors I requested quotes from, he was one of two that actually took the time to do a site survey. During the time he was walking the project with me he pointed out a major issue that would have probably gone unnoticed till work started if I had hired another contractor. He noticed that the steps at our front door had collapsed due to the concrete below them completely falling away from the basement wall. Tyler and his crew took care of this issue and made us new steps, a great sidewalk up to our front door and an additional sidewalk going from our driveway all the way down to our basement door and patio. Tyler visited our home on Thursday and the work was completed the following Monday. It would have been completed the next day were it not for rainy weather. I definitely recommend Tyler Gilson Concrete for any concrete project."

It went well.  It look maybe a day longer than the initial quoted timeframe.  The crawlspace was old (1940 home) and it was full of junk, debris, etc.   They cleaned it very well and it looked great.   Floor was repaired using high quality design/material, and new beam made a big difference.

They accepted payments 50% and 50% via check and credit card.   Eddie was professional and his team took care of business.   The price was in the middle of some other quotes I received but he was able to meet my short term timeline.

"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"Over all it was an ok experience. They got there on time , did a good job with the carpets, and cleaned up after they were done. The carpet cleaners were very ,friendly, polite. However, they came in and right off the get go, tracked mud all over a brand new foyer runner. They cleaned it for us but the whole idea behind the appointment was to clean carpets and not to create more work. They didn't even offer a discount when we even paid extra for a deeper clean on our rugs. After they finished the job they packed everything up and never asked to walk around to see if we were happy with the work. They just said that they were done and they were off to the next job. I would not use them nor recommend them to friends and family."
