"We had a lot of little projects but they were time consuming. Rick came by and looked at the areas we wanted fixed and gave us a $/hr quote. We scheduled a date for the work to be done The work involved painting and repairing wood trim (our dogs did a job on it and it looked horrible). Rick was very polite, on time each day, worked at a steady pace and most of all did a great job. "Pete was amazing. He demoed the existing chimney brick, and replace with all new brick once the chimney was rebuilt and properly supported. "Overall, very well. The company representative was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had all my questions answered in an honest and straight forward way. The company encouraged me to read some neutral articles about transporting a car and what to look for and what to ask. They were very helpful and not pushy like some other companies that I had contacted. The car arrived earlier than the estimated time. The condition of the car was exactly as it had been when it got loaded. I especially liked that we were able to put up to 100 pounds worth of personal belongings in the car. There was some disconnect between United Freight and the driver. I was told the car would be picked up on Monday and, since I was told it was door to door, I assumed he would be at our house. We have wide streets in our neighborhood so I did not think there would be a problem. Instead, the driver called Saturday evening, said he was picking up on Sunday morning and we were to meet him at a nearby shopping center. But the car did get delivered to the address at the other end."

"Overall I am thrilled to death.  Had a few minor issues during the installation where my carpet was horribly stained due to them not using a drop cloth.  They allowed me to have it cleaned to my satisfaction and deducted this from the price.  Had it not come clean they were prepared to replace it. <br /> I cannot judge the entire company over the actions of one negligent employee.  Things happen all the time in the world and the measure of the company is if they take care of it and make it right which they did. <br /> So I was shopping for replacing 2 systems at my home I had recently purchased.  It was a foreclosure and in need of a lot of repairs. I was advised to get a quote from these guys by a friend from church.  I wound up going with them because they had one year same as cash financing and threw in the duct cleaning for free.   <br /> Very easy to work with concerning pricing and options.  having never owned a heat pump I explored several options including a hybrid gas unit but wound up upgrading to 2 14 SEER systems to get the limited lifetime compressor warranty.   <br /> Once everything was done they sent their head QC man over to fully inspect things and make sure it was all installed and running properly."

TH & Sons isn't the least expensive paving option available nor are they the most expensive. They are the embodiment of "you get what you pay for" - they charge a fair price and in exchange you receive a high quality product & service. TH & Sons Paving showed up when they said they would, Tommy kept us informed throughout the project & included us in decisions along the way (vs making assumptions in the interest of their time). Tommy also makes himself available via text/phone afterhours and does everything possible to finish on-time. I'm a stickler for quality & service but also maximizing value. Like most people, we "wanted it all" without breaking the bank, and that required a lot of searching. We screened countless companies/contractors and ultimately had more than a dozen cement & asphalt paving contractors/companies quote our project. That may seem excessive but our driveway is over 300' long; we couldn't afford to select the wrong contractor/company. We eventually selected TH & Sons Paving and if we had to do it all over again, we'd undoubtedly select TH Sons & Paving. We already put the time & effort into getting well over a dozen contractors'/companies' quotes & then researching each Co's past projects.
