"First let me say the fence we have now is great. But the process was very bumpy. The first fence installed at the end of May required a lot of input with the crew. They didn’t seem to know the design we chose and adjustments needed to be made. Then we didn’t pass the city inspection because it was too low. So they came out, twice, to fix it and ended up hacking off the bottom so it was uneven all over. A supervisor came out and agreed it was a mess. Ultimately a new crew came out and replaced all of the boards. So two months after the first installation, we finally got the right fence."
