"I've known Darren Tyda for about 15 years. Overthe years he was not only a loyal, highly competent and hard-working employee, but he became a trusted part of our family. He started working as our property manager at 312 & 111 Woodley Road in Winnetka in November, 2014. Our grounds were over 2 acres and he oversaw over 20,000 sq ft of living space. He formally worked 40 hours per week, but was salaried so worked much more;even weekends and while we were away. He managed all our subs (HVAC, Crestron AV system, landscaping, electrical, alarm system, cable/DTV, Cellar Tracker, etc). Darren is much more than a coordinator of subs. He's extremely handy!
